Ingredients: • A bag of brown new potatoes • Seasoning salt, granulated garlic powder, and pepper to taste • 1/2 to 1 TB Olive Oil
Directions: Boil potatoes until tender but not soft. Then, cut in half and put on a cookie sheet covered with olive oil. Sprinkle cooked potatoes with seasoning salt, granulated garlic powder and pepper, and toss potatoes in olive oil. Put under the broiler around 450 degrees until crunchy.
